FEC approves seaport for Badagry, Lagos

Abuja - The Federal Executive Council at her meeting today approved the establishment of a seaport in Badagry, Lagos in order to bring in big vessels into the country. The Minister of Power, Works and Housing and former governor of Lagos  State, Fashola, disclosed this to State House correspondents after the meeting presided over by the President.

According to The Minister of Power, Works and Housing, the new port would cost $2.58 billion and is to be completed in five years.
