Face of Evil:Man who defiled 18 month old baby

Lagos state police command has arrested the 47 year old man Emmanuel Magbatie who defiled an 18 months old baby. The suspect who lives in Ikorodu with the parents of the 18month old baby that was defiled has blamed his action on the devil.
