France terror attack Update: Death toll rises to 84

A gunman opened fire at a crowd celebrating French Independence day yesterday night July 14th and then got back into his truck and mowed down more people that were celebrating on the road. Death toll has been increased to 77 and hundreds injured. It has been gathered that the terrorist driving the truck was known to police.
